Employees volunteer to participate and meet monthly to plan employee events such as the annual holiday party, book fairs, craft fairs and other employee treat days. Discount programs for theater tickets, fairs, and various service programs are also offered.

Wellness is dedicated to promoting physical, emotional and mental wellness among our employees. Wellness’ curriculum of informational and educational programs is designed to help and encourage our employees to live a healthy lifestyle. Wellness activities are open to all employees who wish to participate.

Greeters TEAMS

There are six Riverwood Greeters Teams consisting of four or five employees who volunteer to help our new employees feel welcome and a part of the Riverwood Team. These employees are available to share their knowledge of Riverwood; answer general questions; and be there just to chat if needed.

A “Greeter Team” – identified by color – will provide a small token gift every week for the first six weeks of employment beginning with a “goodie bag” provided at lunch on your new employee orientation day. Any specific department or job related questions should be directed to your immediate supervisor.
