LPN - Garrison Clinic

DEPARTMENT: Garrison Clinic
PAY: DOQ
SCHEDULE: 40 hrs/pay period; every other Saturday

POSITION SUMMARY: Assists in examination and treatment of patients under direction of healthcare provider.

JOB DUTIES: Room patients; measure vital signs; take weight & height and record information on patient chart. Fill out medication sheet. Log in lab reports and evaluate results for emergent results. Prepare exam rooms and patients for examination. Assist healthcare provider as directed. Provide patient education. Other duties as outlined in the job description.

QUALIFICATIONS: Current MN LPN License; clinic experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; highly organized; multi-tasking ability; self-motivated. Computer experience required.
