Facilities Manager

DEPARTMENT: Environmental Services

SCHEDULE: Full Time

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for Plant Operations, Housekeeping and Laundry Departments.

JOB DUTIES: Establishes standards and procedures for work of staff; administers department budgets. Additional duties outlined in job description.

QUALIFICATIONS: Associates degree from a college or technical school and 5 years management experience in a healthcare setting is required along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong stratigic planning and creativity. Must maintain a Minnesota First Class "B" Boilers license. Experience with healthcare regulatory compliance in facilities management including but not limited to: Familiarity with hazardous waste regulations and infection control guideliens for construction. Experience in facility building and renovation progjects.
